• Cell Identity Tests/DNA Fingerprinting
• Mycoplasma

Second, download the appropriate test requisition form, fill it out, and include it in the package:

• Karyotyping, FISH and Cell Line Identity/DNA Fingerprinting
• Mycoplasma
